Material on record indicates that the Sole Arbitrator was appointed by this Court on 03.06.2022. Material on record indicates that the last of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator was extended by this Court till 29.10.2024.

In view of the facts of the present cases, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator till 28.02.2025, so that the award can be pronounced.
