It is averred in the petition that the Petitioner and the Respondent entered into an agreement for the installation of 700 TPD ASU-4 Power Supply Facility in Oxygen Plant No. II of Bhilai Steel Plant on 12^th October 2007.

Disputes arose between the parties and on 21^st July, 2023 the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) appointed an arbitrator. The mandate of the ld. Arbitrator has expired on 20^th March, 2024.

Today, ld. Counsel for the parties submit that the submissions have been concluded and the matter is reserved for award. Accordingly, the mandate is extended by four months from 20th March, 2024.

The petition is disposed of. All pending applications are disposed of.
