This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for extension of mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a contract dated 19.05.2014. The learned Arbitral Tribunal was constituted vide an order of this Court dated 02.08.2021 ARB. P. 412/2020.

In view of the aforesaid, and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the petition is allowed. The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of six months, with effect from 14.01.2024.
