The present suit was filed seeking relief of permanent injunction restraining the infringement of copyright, broadcasts and reproduction rights of the plaintiffs along with other ancillary reliefs.

An ex parte ad interim order dated 28^th December, 2022 was passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants, restraining them from broadcasting in any manner the plaintiff’s show/series titled ‘Unstoppable’, seasons 1 and 2 and further seasons thereof. Directions were also issued to pull down various infringing links.

Subsequently, the suit was settled between the plaintiff and the defendant no.1, as noted in the order dated 1^st June, 2023.

None has entered appearance on behalf of the defendant no.2.

Accordingly, the order dated 28^th December, 2022 is confirmed.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that all infringing links which were directed to be taken down vide order dated 28^th December, 2022 have already been taken down and therefore, the plaintiff does not wish to pursue the present suit any further.

Accordingly, the present suit is disposed of as not pressed, with liberty to the plaintiff to file a fresh suit in the event a fresh cause of action arises.
