the parties have been set out at paragraph 6 of I.A. No. 2755/2024. He states that with respect to Section 138 criminal complaint cases enlisted at sl. nos. c, d and e, Mr. Shadman Siddiqui who is present in Court undertakes that the said criminal complaint cases shall be withdrawn on the next date of hearing in the said cases.
