Reports dated 30th July, 2024, the Police had analysed the CDRs and CAF was also obtained, however, Ms. ‘A’ was not traced. Thereafter, on 27th August, 2024, the Court was informed that there is a suspect who was identified, namely Krishna @ Kishan @ Chotu who may have accompanied Ms. ‘A’ and certain leads were received by the Police. On the said date, the files of the case were transferred to the AHTU (North-East District) on an urgent basis. On 3rd October, 2024 again, the Court was informed that further leads were received and Ms. ‘A’ was likely to be traced shortly.
