Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ or directions to the Respondents Nos. 1 & 2 to secure and protect the life, liberty, safety and security of the Petitioners as enshrined and guaranteed under Articles 19 & 21 of the Constitution of India, against the Respondents Nos. 3 to 6 grossly violating the Petitioners’ constitutional rights to live safely, securely and peacefully & with respect and dignity by mercilessly beating with “Iron Hammer” in the open street outside their house, terrorizing, manhandling, threatening to kill, restraining and disconnecting water supply, trying to encroach and trespass into their property, and obstructing to live in their house peacefully, safely and securely.
B. Issue appropriate order(s) / direction(s) to the Respondents Nos. 1 to 2 for taking appropriate actions against the Respondents Nos. 3 to 6 in the interest of justice;”
