The present petition has been filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking the summoning of concerned officers of the Punjab National Bank.

Learned Arbitrator vide order dated 11.03.2024, granted the permission for moving an application before this Court seeking summoning of concerned Officers of the Punjab National Bank, Rohini Branch, Sector-7 to prove NOC dated 30.03.2013 and 22.06.2018 issued by the Bank.
