had decided to retain two dozen deer in the AN Jha Park. Further, DDA had stated that it is not possible to retain all deer in Delhi due insufficient space and possibility of poaching. Therefore, in light of the order dated 19th July 2024 and the statement given by DDA, nothing survives in the present writ petition.
