said date action was taken in respect of the property located between the properties bearing No. 850/22, Zakir Nagar and 244/22, Zakir Nagar involved in WP(C) No. 7368/2024 titled as "Suheb Vs Municipal Corporation of Delhi & Ors. " . However, it is pointed out that the subject property involved in the instant matter is presently lying sealed completely in terms of earlier actions as undertaken by the department.
5. That, further demolition/ sealing action against subject property has now been planned for 18.07.2024 and the same will be taken upon availability of police.”
