The present petition seeks quashing of debarment of the Petitioner by the Respondents through order dated 22^nd February, 2024,¹ for a period of three months from the list of pre-qualified bidders.

Mr. Arun Kumar Verma, Senior Counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the Respondents have decide to withdraw the debarment order because they understand that the rate quoted by the Petitioner was a typographical error. He further makes it clear that the withdrawal of the said debarment order, does not, in any way, amount to withdrawal of the decision to forfeit the bid security amount, which was also
