Learned counsel for the petitioner has urged that vide order dated 16.07.2024, this Court directed respondent No. 1/Union Bank of India through its concerned Branch Manager, to de-freeze his bank account running at Chandra Nagar, East Delhi Branch. However, it is submitted that inadvertently, a wrong account number has been mentioned in the operative part of the order.

Mr. Santosh Kumar Rout and Ms. Dharna Veragi, learned counsels for respondent No.1 are present on advance notice. They have no objection if the present application is allowed in accordance
