1. Ms. Nazia Parveen, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner has been granted permanent admission by Respondent 2 school, the grievance in the petition does not survive for consideration. She accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.
2. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
3. Needless to say, should any grievance survive, the petitioner can always approach this Court in accordance with law.
