Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions to the respondent no.1 to demolish the alleged unauthorised, illegal, unsafe and dangerous construction raised by the respondent no.2 on the 2^nd and 3^rd Floors of the property bearing No.99, Gujranwala Town, PartII, Model Town, Delhi.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has been requested to examine the decision dated 20.09.2018 rendered by this court in a batch of petitions, including W.P.(C) No.1807/2018, wherein a Division Bench while dealing with similar grievances regarding unauthorised constructions contrary to the sanctioned plans/different statutes, including Municipal Corporation Act 1957, DDA Act 1957, NDMC Act etc., had disposed of the writ petitions by

granting liberty to the petitioners therein to make their complaints before the Special Task Force in accordance with the Scheme formulated. The court had further directed that the said complaints as and when made, will be considered by the Special Task Force as per procedure.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already approached the Special Task Force by way of a complaint dated 28.09.2018, but no action has been taken thereon. He, however, states that the petitioner is not in possession of a copy of the said complaint made to the Special Task Force. He, therefore, prays that the Special Task Force be directed to take appropriate action on the petitioner’s complaint in a time bound manner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Special Task Force with a copy of his complaint dated 28.09.2018 and also make a fresh complaint, if so advised. It is expected that in case such a complaint is made, it will be dealt with expeditiously by the Special Task Force as per law.

The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
