These are applications for restoration of the writ petition and for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application.
The only opposition of learned counsel for the respondent, to these applications, is that the writ petition has been dismissed for the second time.
Be that as it may, in the interests of justice, the applications are allowed.
The order dated 14th September, 2016, dismissing the writ petition is recalled and the writ petition stands restored.
