Appellant/Insurance company shall also be entitled to get a refund ofthestatutoiy amount Rs. 25,000/- alongwith the interest, if any.
Accordingly, it is agreed out of the award amount so deposited, a lump sum amount of Rs. 2,17,000/- shall be refunded to the insurance company along with statutory deposit with interest, if any. The balance amount lying with State Bank of India, Saket Courts Branch shall be released in favour of the respondent/claimants, in terms of the award. Since respondents No.l and 2 are old parents of the deceased hence liberty is granted to them to approach the learned tribunal for release of their share, considering their age factor.
In view of the above, appeal is disposed of.

By the instant application, the claimants-respondents, in effeet, seek correction of an inadvertent error which had crept in, when the parties settled the matter before Lok Adalat on 08.12.2018. The error pointed out is with regard to the statement of the amount lying with State Bank of India, Saket Court Branch instead of UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch.
Though, this is a subject of Lok Adalat, keeping in view the trifle nature of the subject matter, the correction sought, which is just and proper, should be made by the Court itself.
In view of the foregoing, it is directed that in the order dated 08.12.2018, where the reference is made with respect to release of balance amount lying with State Bank of India, Saket Court Branch, it
