By this petition the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 28th October, 2017 whereby he has been granted first spell of furlough for a period of three weeks subject to his furnishing two surety bonds for a sum of ₹10,000/- each and a personal bond in the like amount. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the penury condition of the petitioner, he is not in a position to furnish two surety bonds.
A Status Report has been handed over in response to the petition as per which the permanent address of the surety Bhuvali Singh has been verified. Further, the brother of the petitioner Bharat Singh who earlier stood surety is also residing peacefully in the village. W.P.(CRL) 906/2018 Page 1 of 2
