By this application the petitioner seeks early haring of the writ petition.

By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to get his child admitted into a regular school.
A perusal of the nominal roll shows that the petitioner has been granted regular paroles and furloughs by the competent authority as well as this Court. Petitioner was released for a period of one week w.e.f. 10th W.P.(CRL) 621/2018 Page 1 of 2
January, 2018 when necessary forms for admission of the children in the schools were being filled up. Thus the petitioner could have availed the said parole to get his child admitted in the school.
Be that as it may, even the wife of the petitioner can get the child admitted in school.
This Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.
Petition is dismissed.
Date of 14th May, 2018 is cancelled.
