The petitioner seeks parole to attend to his mother, who is stated to be indisposed. The factum of her illness has been verified; she is 58 years old and is supported by another adult son of hers, who is living with her.
In the circumstances, no case is made out for grant of parole. The petition, alongwith pending applications, stand dismissed.
