Vide CM APPL. 34819/2018 filed on behalf of the petitioner submitting to the effect that the applications which were pending before the learned Civil Judge on the date of disposal of the CM(M) 582/2018 i.e. 16.05.2018 are still pending.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner in the matter is now fixed for 11.09.2018.
The status report of the proceedings qua the applications under Order XV-A read with Order XXXIX Rule 10 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and the application under Order XII Rule 6 read with Section 151 CPC is called for from the Trial Court for the date 01st October, 2018.
