The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the

Any other order / relief / direction may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner as this Hon’ble Court deems fit, just and proper according to fact and circumstance of the present case. Prayed accordingly.”
Learned counsel for the respondent states, in the month of December
2016 the electricity meter has been energised. She states possibly for that
reason, there was/is no representation for the petitioner on April 24, 2017, November 07, 2017 and even today.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed in default.
