By consent of the parties, the Delhi Development Authority is struck out from the array of parties in the suit. Consequent to Delhi Development Authority being struck off, Mr.Sapra, Sr. Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent seeks to withdraw the applications of the respondent under Order 1 Rule 10 and under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
The said applications shall also stand withdrawn and the amended plaint be taken off the record.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
