Mr. Amurab Ahluwalia, CGSC and Mr. R.S. Kundu, Additional Standing Counsel (Criminal) accept notice and state that the official respondents shall afford adequate protection to the petitioner and his family after conducting a thorough threat perception in this regard.
In view of the foregoing statement made on behalf of the official respondents, Mr. V.K. Ohri, Advocate seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition.
The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
