- The present application has been filed by the Petitioner praying to be released on personal bond.
- Heard. Since no cash is required to be deposited at the time of furnishing surety bond and even otherwise the amount of Rs.10,000/- is not on the higher side in a case like the present one in which the Petitioner is undergoing sentence for committing the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) & 29 NDPS Act, no ground is made out to allow the prayer of the Petitioner for release on personal bond.
