The reliance is placed on Ashok Kumar v. State of Haryana , (2007) 3 SCC 470. 5. This Court is of the view that there was no interim order on 2nd May, 2013 and, therefore, demolition carried out by Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board on 2nd May, 2013 in not in violation of the order dated 12th April, 2013. The contempt petition is therefore, dismissed.
