2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

“ It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the impugned first information report bearing Crime No. 96 of 2021 registered at Police Station, Saraipali, District Mahasamund (C.G.) for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the IPC so far it relates to the petitioner, in the interest of justice accordingly. ”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the present CRMP has been filed seeking quashing of the FIR, in the meantime, after completion of investigation, a charge-sheet has already been filed before the competent Court and the learned trial Court has also framed charges against the petitioners. Therefore, the present petition has rendered itself infructuous.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
