2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

“ It is, therefore, prayed that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned FIR 13/2024 dated 11.01.2024 and also, in the interest of justice. ”

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, a charge-sheet has already been submitted before the competent Court against the petitioner. Therefore, he prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to challenge the same.
