By the present appeal preferred under Section 21(4) of the NI Act, 2008, the appellant is seeking for grant of bail in connection with Crime No. 39/2024 (Special Case NIA No. 25/2024) registered at P.S. Saraipali, District Mahasamund for offence under Sections 489B, 489C, 34 of IPC.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the trial is at an advance stage.

In view of the above, we are not inclined to entertain the present appeal to which learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal.

Learned State counsel has no objection.

Considering the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Certified copy of the documents annexed in the appeal, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the appellant after retaining the photocopy of the same.
