At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondents/competent authority, raising all grounds as she raised in this writ petition along with the copy of petition and in turn, respondents/competent authority may also be directed to consider and decide the same, at the earliest, within any specific period as fixed by this Court.

Learned State counsel not opposes the above prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

On the basis of submission made by both counsel for the respective parties, at this stage, without commenting on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation, raising all grounds as she raised in this writ petition along with the copy of this petition before the respondents/competent authority within ‘ three weeks ’ from today and on submission of such representation the respondents/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the same within an outer limit of ‘60 days’ from the submission of such representation in accordance with the relevant rules, law, circulars and instructions applicable to the case of petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
