“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct party respondents to stop digging in and around the land of the petitioner with immediate effect and to lawfully proceed to acquire the land(s) of the petitioner.
10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct party respondents to pay to the petitioenr lawfull sum of compensation, after conducting proper land acquisition proceedgins vis-a-vis his land(s) which is /are affected by the impugned act of SECL & other prty respondents. 10.3 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pay compensation and interests thereon to the petitioner; to extend rehabilitation & resettlement benefits to him; and also, to offer him the employment opportunities in terms of the approved SOPs(Standard Operating Procedures) for land-outsees employment.
10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be

pleased to direct party respondents to conduct, if needed, measurement of the affected portions of the land(s) of the petitioner.
10.5 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct party respondents to act within any stipulated period of time.
10.6 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly pass an order to the effect that erroring government officers are punished according to the law & rules made thereunder.
10.7 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly pass an order to the effect that the petitioner is provided with an exemplary amount of compensation for unnecessary hardships suffered by him owing to the impugned act of party respondents.
10.8. Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted in favor of the petitioner in the interest of justice.”
