obtained photocopies of Aadhar Card and other documents stating that she will get one activa two wheeler finance for her. She was also taken to showroom and took signature on some papers, however, vehicle, was not handed over to complainant. During investigation six other persons have also made complaint of similar nature. Applicant was arrested and at his instance one active two wheeler was seized which was registered in the name of Jyoti Paikra.

a). Applicant shall appear before the trial Court regularly on each and every date, unless exempted from appearance.
(b). Applicant shall not, in any manner, tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
c). If the applicant is found involved in similar offence in the future, it will be open for the State to apply for cancellation of Bail.
