No. 01/2024, an application for condonation of delay in filing the petition under Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. On due consideration and for the reasons assigned therein which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am inclined to allow the same. The application is allowed and the delay is accordingly, condoned. Also heard on an application seeking leave to prefer an appeal under Section 378(4) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. On due consideration, the application is allowed and the petition is disposed off. Registry is directed to register a regular acquittal appeal and list the matter thereafter for consideration on admission. |
