Also heard on an application filed under Section 378 (4) of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking leave to prefer an appeal against the dismissal of complaint petition on non-prosecution. On due consideration, the application is allowed and disposed of. Registry is directed to register a regular acquittal appeal and list the matter thereafter for consideration on admission.
