Present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner with following relief:-
“10.1 that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records pertaining to case of petitioner, from the respondents.
10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents No. 1 to 3 to

register the FIR against the respondents No.4 & 5 for the said illegal action taken by them, in the light of judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in case of “Lalita Kumari vs. State of UP”.
10.3 To kindly grant any other relief which may be deem fit in the given facts and circumstances of the instant of case.”
2 . At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by efflux of time, this writ petition has rendered infructuous.
3. In view of the same, present writ petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous .
