2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the present CRMP has been filed for quashing of the FIR, but in the present case, investigation has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted in the Court concerned and he seeks time to file an amendment application to amend the present petition.
4. This petition was filed on 26.01.2020 seeking quashing of the FIR registered against him, but at present, as informed by the petitioner himself, since the investigation has concluded and charge-sheet has also been filed before the competent Court, it would not be appropriate to permit the petitioner to allow him to amend this petition as this petition has been rendered infructuous.
5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed . However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
