10.3 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other ancillary relief, as it may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
10.4 Cost of the petition.”
2 . Learned State counsel submits that in the present case, investigation has been concluded and the charge sheet has been submitted before the concerned Court.
3 . In view of the above submission, we do not find any good ground to direct the respondent authorities to conduct a fair investigation.
4 . Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed.
