Present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner with following relief:-
“10.1 that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the writ petition and may further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to initiate action against the respondent No.5 immediately in the light of judgment passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court in the matter of Lalita Kumar Vs. State of UP.

10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to pay Rs.5,00,000/- to the petitioner for the illegal custody as a compensation and for the ill treatment mated out for the interest of justice.
10.3 Any other relief/relief’s which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be allowed.”
2 . At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by efflux of time, this writ petition has rendered infructuous.
3. In view of the same, present writ petition is dismissed
as having rendered infructuous .
