The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the

following prayers:
“ 10.1 To call for the records of the case for the kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court.
10.2 To issue an appropriate writ or order and declare that the inaction on the part of respondent No. 1, 5 and 7 by not initiating land acquisition proceedings for the land bearing Khasra No. 628/3 and 629 situated at Patwari Halka No. 5-A village Amleshwar, Tahsil Patan is bad in law.
10.3 To issue an appropriate writ or order and direct the respondent No. 1, 5 & 6 to comply the direction issued by respondent No. 2 for initiating the land acquisition proceedings for the land bearing Khasra No. 628/3 and 629 situated at Patwari Halka No. 5-A village Amleshwar, Tahsil Patan and to pay the proper compensation along solatium and interest at rate of 12% for the aforementioned land.
10.4 That, any other relief / reliefs which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.”
2. Mr. Y. C. Sharma , learned Senior counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition.
3. Mr. Chandresh Shrivastava, learned Additional Advocate General , appearing for State, has no objection.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn .
