1. The matter pertains to the alleged depositing of rice on the part of the petitioner and in not accepting the milled rice submitted by the petitioner to the respondents pursuant to the paddy that the petitioner had received for milling.

2. According to the petitioner, because of certain technical difficulties that he had faced, the rice submitted by him could not be accepted by the respondent authorities. Counsel for petitioner submits that for the difficulties that the petitioner had faced he has already approached the respondents by moving a detailed representation in this regard.
3. Shri Vikram Sharma, counsel appearing for respondents 3, 4 & 6 submits that the matter is now placed before the respondent no.3 for an appropriate decision to be taken on the representation that is filed by the petitioner and in all probability an early decision shall be taken on the said representation.
4. Given the said submission by the counsel for respondents 3, 4 & 6, the writ petition as of now stands disposed of expecting the respondent no.3 to take a decision within an outer limit of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
