1. The present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of WPC No. 4680 of 2022 which got dismissed by virtue of a peremptory order passed by this Court on 15.11.2022.
2. On due consideration of facts, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for restoring the writ petition has been made out.
3. Accordingly, the present MCC is allowed and WPC No. 4680 of 2022 stands restored to its original number. However, the applicant is directed to ensure that the default in the writ petition is removed within a period of 10 days from today and the writ petition be listed for hearing thereafter.
4. No order as to costs.
