With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this is finally disposed of with a direction to trial Court to conclude the proceeding within a period of six months.

Interim order granted on 22.03.2023, whereby it was ordered that the respondents shall not alienate or create any third party interest is hereby made absolute till final decision in the civil suit and rest part which pertains to the respondents shall not raise any construction or change the nature of the suit by raising construction is hereby diluted.

It is made clear that this Court has not observed anything on the merits of the case.
