submitted that due to political enmity, the petitioners have been roped into this matter, even though the Branch Manager Bharat Bhushan Gahine was also found guilty for the alleged irregularities but it was directed by the Collector to lodge a report against the petitioners. Thus, they would pray for the quashing of the FIR, charge sheet and subsequent criminal proceedings pending before the JMFC, Kawardha.
