1. The issue involved in the present case came up for hearing before this Court in WPS No. 2916/2022 which was decided on 28.04.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the judgment passed in the said writ petition would be squarely applicable in the instant case also.

3. During the course of hearing it has been reflected that petitioner Nos. 6 & 7 are otherwise not eligible for being considered for the post of Guest Teacher as they do not have the requisite eligibility criteria.

4. The writ petition therefore so far as petitioner Nos. 6 & 7 are concerned is outrightly rejected.

5. So far as other petitioners herein are concerned, their case shall be considered in accordance with the judgment passed by this Court in WPS No. 2916/2022 decided on 28.04.2022 subject to due verification of facts.

6. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of in terms of the order
