1. The limited grievance that Petitioner has in the present Writ Petition
is the post-retiral benefits other than the pension and gratuity which have till date not been finalized.
2. According to learned Counsel for Petitioner, the Petitioner has been repeatedly approaching the Respondents with reminder representations which till date have again not been decided.
3. Learned Deputy Government Advocate submits that the pending representations of the Petitioner shall be considered and all the admissible dues shall be settled at the earliest.
4. Given the said submission, the present Writ Petition as of now is being disposed of directing the Respondent No.3 to take prompt action in deciding the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law and all the admissible dues payable to her be released within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
5. Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
