After perusal of the impugned judgment dated 19.02.2020 passed by learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Bemetara, District Bemetara (C.G.) in Special Case (NDPS) No.21/2018, I am inclined to allow this petition and the Petitioner is hereby permitted to prefer an appeal against the said judgment. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and disposed of. Registry is directed to register the case as a regular appeal under the head “Acquittal Appeal” and list the matter thereafter for its admission.
