1. Learned counsel for the appellants, at the
outset, fairly submits that the parties who are
close relatives have resolved the dispute in 2020
and in view of that, the appellants do not wish
to prosecute the appeal. He also submits that the
document in support of the compromise entered
between the parties on 23/11/2020 has already
been filed today.
2. In view of the above, the Second Appeal is closed
having been compromised between the parties.
