no direct evience avaiable on record againt the applicant and the bloodstained bolder which was allegedly used at the time of incident was recovered from open place and no allegations can be attributed to the present applicant. He would further submit that it is the case of circumstantial evidnece, chargesheet has been filed in this case, the applicant is in jail since 19-5-2016 and no further investigation is required, therefore he may be enlarged on bail.
