As per the settiement arrived at between the parties, Respondent No.S/the Oriental Insurance Company is hereby directed to deposit Rs.2,75,000(Rupees Two lakhs Seventy Five Thousand onty) over and above the compensation awarded by the tearned Claims Tribunat, within a period of 60 days from today. The said amount of compensation shall not carry any interest.

It is directed that the said amount be paid to the Appellants without making any condition like fixed deposit and the said amount shali be paid to the Appellants through cheque.

Parties are directed to bear their own costs.
