At the time of call learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that in spite of making effort to obtain instruction from the petitioner till date no instruction has been obtained.
The writ petition was taken up for consideration on 9th January, 2023, 30th January, 2023, 8th February, 2023 and 17th February, 2023.
On 9th January, 2023 since no one appeared for the petitioner matter was adjourned. Subsequently, on three consecutive dates i.e. 30th January, 2023, 8th February, 2023 and 17th February, 2023 adjournment was obtained by the learned advocate representing the petitioner to obtain instructions.
It appears that petitioner has lost interest.
The writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
