At the time of call Ms. Sehanabis, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits on instruction that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the writ petition.
In support of such submission copy of the letter dated 26th May, 2022 which she has received from the petitioner is placed before this Court which is taken on record.
In view of such submission being made on behalf of the petitioner the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
